NetForge is an online platform providing interactive network engineering and cybersecurity training labs at netforgens.com. It is operated as a sole trader in the United Kingdom.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use NetForge. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent before creating an account.
You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Notify us immediately at support@netforgens.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Account creation is optional for using the labs.
All currently available labs and exam practice features are free to use. You do not need to create an account or make a purchase to access them. An account is optional and is used for saving progress and related features.
NetForge no longer offers new paid plans or checkout. Access previously purchased by customers remains available, and any rights relating to those purchases—including applicable refund rights—are not removed by making the service free.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed the premium content.
By accessing premium labs immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to this cancellation period in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To request a refund, contact support@netforgens.com within 14 days of purchase.

Violation of these terms may result in your account being suspended or terminated without refund.
All lab content, diagrams, simulations, and educational material on NetForge are our intellectual property or used with permission. You may use the content for your personal study only. You may not republish, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.
NetForge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that lab content reflects the most current exam objectives. While we strive for accuracy, you should not rely solely on NetForge for exam preparation.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, NetForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your purchase.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will not remove access to content categories that were included in your purchase without offering a comparable replacement or refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
